A Resurrection Nowhere in site
I am tired of stupid fucking people to the point where a life of seclusion sounds like a godsend. Alas, I can’t. Maybe I’ll hit the lottery soon, but since that hasn’t happened yet, I’ll give my 2 cents here. The stupidity I’m talking about isn’t the short bus kind, even though it should be. I’m talking about the stupidity of having no common sense. You could be a Harvard graduate or high school drop out. Billionaire or broke. Chances are, you are part of the problem.
I work in a meat department, where I cut up, package, sell different kinds of dead animals to grill. And in this line of work I deal with all kinds of complete fucking morons. I have people ask me for lean bacon. LEAN bacon. No such fucking thing! Bacon is fat with a little bit of meat on it. I know this, and I have known it for years and I’m 20! Yet someone who is 40, much better off financially than me doesn’t. So I have to waste my fucking time, digging through a stack of bacon, so I can find a couple pieces of fat that has the most meat on it. If your that worried about your health, DON’T EAT FUCKING BACON!
This and many other situations like it is why I gave up on the town I live in. “I can’t believe how fucking stupid people are around here. When I get enough money I’m getting the hell outta here and moving somewhere where people still have common sense” I’d often say to myself and others that I felt like ranting too. But like most of my dreams this one got pissed on when I realized that it isn’t just the town I live in, it’s this entire fucking country. I can answer in two words and one initial what proves this true.
George W. Bush. This guy didn’t do near enough to find who attacked us on September 11th, but he used September 11th to start a needless war we “won”, to “free” people that hate and kill us for being there, The economy is shit and yet Milk and Gas prices are starting to go through the roof. And PEOPLE STILL SUPPORT HIM!!! According the the latest “polls” he is just now a little under 50%.Pathetic.
